- Introduction
Tickets and Routes OÜ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a marketplace “(Platform)” designed to facilitate the booking and purchase of tours, tickets, and leisure activities. We act as an intermediary, mediating the conclusion and sale of service contracts between users (“you,” “user(s),” or “client(s)”) and service providers (“Supplier(s)”). While we organize payments on behalf of the Suppliers, the services themselves are provided directly by the Suppliers, except in cases where events or activities are explicitly organized by Tickets and Routes OÜ. For these specific cases, users enter into a direct service contract with us.
In addition to acting as a marketplace, we provide users with curated tour recommendations and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planning services powered by artificial intelligence (AI). These tools assist users in exploring and selecting tailored travel, leisure, and event options based on their preferences.
The Platform offers a wide array of services, including the sale of tickets for museums, leisure activities, tours, boat rides, and bus tickets, as well as the arrangement of comprehensive destination packages. Through the Platform, Events are made available by the various local Suppliers, such as amusement parks, museums, tour guides, and boat operators from different parts of the world. The Suppliers are solely responsible for the quality and provision of the services they offer.

Users may access certain services on the Platform without registering. However, features such as account management and purchase history tracking require user registration. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding contracts and that you will provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who access or use our website or mobile applications, whether as registered members, as visitors, or as the Supplier. By using the Platform, users agree to adhere to the rules and policies outlined herein. It is the responsibility of all users to carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before engaging with our services.
This Terms and Conditions document applies as the overarching agreement governing all interactions and activities on the Platform, except where more specific provisions or agreements take precedence. In cases where distinct agreements, such as supplier agreements or service contracts, are applicable, those specific terms will govern the relevant relationships or services.
Where specific terms and conditions regularly apply, we will clearly communicate these terms at the relevant time. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between this Terms and Conditions document and such specific terms, the specific provisions will take precedence but only if they are expressly agreed to in writing by Tickets and Routes OÜ. Unless such explicit agreement exists, this Terms and Conditions shall remain the primary governing document for all the Platform use.
In the absence of an explicitly authorized supplier agreement, the commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized individuals or entities may not exploit the Platform to resell tickets, tours, or services for profit or any other commercial gain. Violations, such as ticket scalping or the unapproved resale of services, will be subject to immediate legal action. We reserve the right to terminate memberships or block access to the Platform unilaterally in such cases, in line with the enforcement provisions of this Terms and Conditions.
Users agree to utilize the Platform solely for lawful, personal purposes and refrain from engaging in activities that may harm the interests of Tickets and Routes OÜ or its Suppliers.
Users shall not use the Platform for any business activity without explicit written authorization. Tickets, tours, and services purchased through the Platform are for individual use only and shall not be resold, transferred, or sublicensed for profit. Furthermore, the use of bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to access, purchase, or utilize our services is strictly prohibited.
Users must adhere to any supplemental terms associated with specific services (e.g., event-specific refund policies, data collection terms for international travel, or supplier-specific rules).
The Platform facilitates distinct legal relationships:
When users book services, they enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Supplier or, where applicable, with Tickets and Routes OÜ. Tickets and Routes OÜ acts as an intermediary between users and the Suppliers and is not a party to the service agreement unless explicitly stated (e.g. events or tours directly organized by Tickets and Routes).
The Suppliers, as experts in their own fields and prudent merchants, are independently responsible for the quality and fulfillment of their services, as outlined in the service contracts. Tickets and Routes OÜ reserves the right to take all necessary measures, including legal action, to protect its interests and ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Violations, such as unauthorized commercial activity or non-compliance with specific service or supplier contracts, may result in:
- Suspension or termination of user accounts or memberships.
- Blocking IP or access to the Platform.
- Legal proceedings to recover damages or enforce compliance.
By using the Platform, users affirm that they understand and accept these rules, as well as the specific terms applicable to each transaction or relationship conducted through the Platform.
3. Operations
By visiting the Tickets and Routes website or mobile applications (in Android and IOS), you gain access to a wide variety of events, tours, and leisure activities listed on the Platform. These events can be explored using various filters, enabling you to tailor the search results based on criteria such as location, activity type, or date. Additionally, we have two different tool within our system: AI Tour Planner and AI- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planner.
The AI Tour Planner, specifically designed for travelers, simplifies the trip-planning process by asking you a series of questions about your preferences, such as travel dates, trip duration, number of participants, budget, desired activities, and selected locations. Using this information, the AI generates a personalized tour plan that incorporates our tours and events within the Tickets and Routes system, as well as general sightseeing attractions and points of interest in your chosen destination. Importantly, we do not store your preferences, and the AI Tour Planner does not process or retain personal data; any inputs provided by the users are not used to train the AI; and the AI Tour Planner operates in real-time to ensure privacy while delivering tailored recommendations for your travel needs.
For professional event organizers and suppliers, our AI MICE Planner is a dedicated tool to assist with planning successful events and meetings. This tool uses AI to determine the most suitable venues and locations based on key parameters such as event size, type, required facilities, budget, and preferred dates. Once an optimal destination or venue is identified, our team contacts you to provide professional destination management services. From logistics to on-site coordination, we work closely with organizers and suppliers to ensure a seamless and well-executed event tailored to your requirements.
The events listed on the Platform fall into two categories:
- Third-Party Events: These are organized by independent suppliers, including local tour guides, amusement parks, museums, and ferry operators and more.
- Company-Organized Events: These are directly arranged directly by Tickets and Routes OÜ.
The event organizer is clearly indicated on the event page to ensure transparency. By purchasing a ticket or tour, you are entering into a contract for the provision of the event with the designated organizer.
For third-party events, the contract governing the provision of the event (“Service Contract”) is concluded exclusively and directly between you (the user) and the supplier (the third-party organizer). When purchasing such an event, you are buying directly from the supplier, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tickets and Routes OÜ operates as an intermediary in these transactions. We act as the suppliers’ authorized agent and reseller, brokering the services and managing the service agreements on behalf of and for the account of the suppliers.
Tickets and Routes OÜ acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers and is engaged and authorized by them to:
- Resell their tours, tickets, and events on the Platform.
- Conclude transactions directly between the supplier and the user for the account of the supplier.
- Collect payments through authorised systems, on behalf of the supplier, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process for users.
While we intermediary these transactions, it is important to note that we are not the organizer or provider of the services offered by third-party suppliers, and we disclaim liability for the fulfillment or quality of these services.
As part of our role, we collect all payments through authorised systems from users on behalf of the suppliers. We ensure streamlined processing and reliable payment facilitation. Tickets and Routes OÜ receives a commission from the suppliers for acting as their reseller and intermediary. The exact amount of this commission does not impact the price users pay for services and is agreed upon separately with the suppliers.
For events organized directly by Tickets and Routes OÜ, the service contract is entered into directly with us. In such cases, we take full responsibility for the organization and provision of the event. These instances are explicitly indicated on the event page to distinguish them from third-party supplier services.
- Registration and Account Management
4.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name.
- A valid email address.
- A username
- A secure password of your choice.
After completing the registration form, a verification email will be sent to the email address you provided. Your account will only be activated once you successfully verify your email address by following the instructions in the verification email. By registering, you have read and agree to this ‘Terms and Conditions’ , ‘User Agreement’ as well as our ‘Privacy Policy’, which governs how we process, store, and transfer your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. As a registered user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You must ensure that your login details are not shared with or disclosed to any unauthorized party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at

You are prohibited from transferring, assigning, or sharing your account with another person or entity. Any unauthorized use of your account may result in its suspension or termination.
4.2 Account Deletion by the User
You may delete your account at any time if you no longer wish to use the Platform. To delete your account, you can:
- Navigate to the “Delete My Profile” option in your account settings on the website or mobile app and follow the instructions.

Upon account deletion, we will retain only the minimum necessary data required to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., GDPR, financial or tax regulations) and enforce our rights, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your account data will be stored only for as long as legally required and will be securely destructed thereafter.
4.3 Termination of Accounts by Tickets and Routes OÜ
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
- For Breaches of These Terms and Conditions: If you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, your account may be suspended or terminated.
- Inappropriate Content or Behavior: If you post or share comments, messages, or other content on the Platform that encourages violence, promotes harm to others, or otherwise violates law or the standards of comment publishing criteria, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.
- Fraudulent or Unlawful Activity: If we detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account, we may suspend or terminate it immediately without prior notice.
- Prior Notice Termination: For other violations or at our sole discretion, we may terminate your account with prior notice of 7 days.
In cases of termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, but previously concluded transactions or Service Contracts will remain valid and binding unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to terminate an account for just cause without prior notice if required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the rights of other users.
4.4 User Responsibility Upon Termination
If your account is terminated by you or by Tickets and Routes OÜ, you remain legally responsible for any obligations arising prior to the termination date, including payments owed or commitments under existing Service Contracts, if any. Termination does not relieve you of your liability for any violations of these Terms.
5. User Comments and Review Publication Criteria
Users are welcome to leave comments and reviews on the Tickets and Routes Platform to share their experiences and feedback about the services or events they have participated in. However, to maintain a respectful and constructive environment, all user-generated content must adhere to the following publication criteria. Comments and reviews will not be published, and may be removed or edited, if they:
- Any content that includes direct or implied threats against individuals, organizations, or groups is strictly prohibited.
- Offensive language, personal attacks, or derogatory remarks aimed at other users, suppliers, or any party are not permitted.
- Comments or reviews that promote hostility, violence, or any form of hate speech are strictly forbidden.
- Content that advocates, incites, or glorifies illegal activities will be removed and may result in further action, including account suspension.
- Reviews and comments must be relevant to the event or service being reviewed. Any inclusion of unrelated links, spam, or promotional material is prohibited.
- Reviews must reflect a user’s genuine experience with the service or event. Non-substantive, irrelevant, or off-topic comments will not be published.
- The use of obscene, profane, or otherwise vulgar language is not allowed.
- Users must not share or publish personal data of other individuals, including names, contact details, or other sensitive information, in violation of applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Tickets and Routes OÜ reserves the right to review, moderate, and, where necessary, edit or remove any comments or reviews that do not comply with these criteria. Users found repeatedly violating these rules may face account suspension or termination.
We encourage users to provide honest, constructive, and respectful feedback to help others make informed decisions and to assist the Suppliers in improving their services. All published reviews and comments must be in line with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Tickets and Routes OÜ is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in compliance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws. We strictly adhere to the key principles of GDPR when collecting, processing, and storing your personal data. Your data is processed lawfully and fairly, and we ensure full transparency by informing you about how and why we collect your data. Data is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. We do not process your data for purposes beyond those communicated to you without your consent. We only collect the data necessary to provide our services effectively and meet legal requirements. We strive to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. You have the right to request corrections to your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. It is processed and stored securely to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or damage. Encryption and other safeguards are used where applicable.
In cases where sensitive information, such as passport numbers, is required for international travel or specific activities, we ensure that this data is encrypted and securely transmitted to the authorized parties (e.g., carriers, border control authorities, suppliers). No sensitive information is shared beyond the scope necessary to fulfill the service.

7. Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through the Platform are only confirmed upon successful payment. Once payment is received, you are considered to have fulfilled your payment obligations towards the supplier, and your booking is secured for the chosen tour or event. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers, ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.
7.1 Pricing and Invoicing
The prices for all tours, tickets, and events are clearly displayed on the Platform, including the respective event pages. Tickets and Routes OÜ reserves the right to change the prices of events at any time without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time of booking will apply to your transaction.
In most cases, the prices advertised on the Platform include all applicable taxes and fees. However, it is possible that certain additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply locally and are not included in the Advertised Prices. If additional taxes or fees are required to be paid locally, this will be clearly stated in the description of the Event. Users are encouraged to review this information carefully before completing their booking.
The Advertised Prices are set by the Suppliers and may be subject to special provisions, such as unique terms regarding cancellations, refunds, or additional charges. It is the user’s responsibility to verify and understand any such Supplier-specific provisions. Before making a booking, you should independently check whether the relevant Supplier has outlined different conditions that may apply to the Event. These specific terms are typically included in the Event description and will govern your booking alongside the general Terms and Conditions.
Although payments are received by Tickets and Routes OÜ on behalf of the Supplier, they are processed into the company’s accounts. Invoices for consumers are issued by Tickets and Routes OÜ and are transmitted automatically to the email address provided at the time of booking. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete invoicing information and must notify us promptly in case of errors or changes.
If payment must be made in a currency other than your local currency (foreign currency claim), Tickets and Routes OÜ may collect the payment in your local currency via our payment infrastructure. The foreign currency claim will be converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the contract is concluded.
Consumers acknowledge and agree that the exchange rate applied is determined by the banks or financial institutions involved. We disclaim liability for discrepancies or differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations or calculations. Consumers cannot claim amounts arising from such exchange rate differences.
7.2 Payment Methods and Obligations
You must ensure that the payment details you provide during the booking process are accurate, valid, and up-to-date. In the event of changes to your payment details, you are required to update them immediately to avoid disruptions in your booking process.
When making a payment, you must verify that you are authorized or entitled to use the selected payment method. Additional fees may be charged by your payment service provider, and you are responsible for reviewing their terms and conditions. Tickets and Routes OÜ disclaims responsibility for any such additional fees or conditions imposed by your payment service provider.
7.3 Refunds and International Payments
For international payments, refunds may be subject to delays due to the internal policies of banking institutions. Tickets and Routes OÜ disclaims any responsibility for such delays, as these are beyond our control.
Refunds are processed according to the specific terms outlined on the event or tour page, and users are encouraged to review these conditions before completing a booking. For any payment-related inquiries or concerns, you may contact us at

8. Cancellation and Change Policy
When you make a paid reservation and enter into a service contract through the Platform, the cancellation and refund terms for your booking are governed by the specific conditions outlined on the event page, in the notification email, or on your receipt or ticket. It is your responsibility to review these conditions carefully before completing your booking.
8.1 How to Cancel
To ensure proper communication and record-keeping, all cancellations must be managed through the Platform. You can initiate a cancellation request by:
- Using the cancellation feature on our website or mobile application.
- Contacting us via the contact forms available on the Platform.
- Sending an email to in**@ti**************.com.
For successful processing, ensure your cancellation request is submitted in accordance with the event-specific terms outlined during your booking process.
8.2 Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, the following general cancellation rules apply:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the event: You will receive a full refund of the Booking Price.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the start of the event, or if the event is not attended despite being booked: No refund will be provided.
8.3 Special Cancellation Policies for Specific Events
Certain events, particularly those requiring significant preparation (e.g., husky tours or other tailored activities), are subject to stricter cancellation policies. These policies may require you to notify your cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event to qualify for a refund. If such special policies apply, they will be clearly outlined on the event page or in other related materials.
If no specific cancellation terms are indicated, the standard cancellation policy outlined above will apply.
8.4 Amendments to Bookings
Requests to modify your booking (e.g., change the date, time, or attendee details) are subject to the availability and policies of the Supplier. Contact us as early as possible via

9. Supplier Service Agreement and Provisions
When you purchase a tour, ticket, or leisure activity through the Platform, the contractual relationship for the provision of services depends on the event organizer:
- Third-Party Supplier Events: If the event is provided by a third-party supplier, you enter into a service contract directly with the supplier. Tickets and Routes OÜ acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating the booking and payment.-
- Company-Organized Events: If the event is organized by Tickets and Routes OÜ, you enter into a service contract directly with us.
9.1 Formation of Service Contracts
In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the booking payment serves as an offer to enter into the service contract. This offer is considered accepted, and the contract is established once you receive the booking confirmation. Suppliers retain the right to refuse the booking and payment due to unforeseen circumstances or factors inherent in the nature of their business. Similarly, users retain the right to cancel bookings and request a refund in accordance with the general provisions, unless a specific cancellation policy has been explicitly agreed upon and communicated.
9.2 Supplier Disclosures
The Suppliers are responsible for providing comprehensive details about their events, including but not limited to:
- Tour Descriptions: An overview of the event or activity.
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points: Locations and times for event transportation.
- Special Needs and Age Restrictions: Requirements or limitations related to accessibility or age.
- Legal Requirements: Any documentation or conditions necessary to participate (e.g., visas, identification).
- Inclusions and Exclusions: Specific elements included in or excluded from the tour price.
- Additional Charges: Any extra costs that may apply during or after the event.
These details, along with the Supplier’s special terms and conditions, are available on the event page. Users are strongly advised to review this information carefully before completing a booking. If you have any questions or need clarification, you may contact us.
9.3 User Responsibilities
To participate in events, users must:
- Bring all necessary travel documents (e.g., identification, passports, visas) as required by the Supplier or legal authorities.
- Arrive at the designated location on time, as delays or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
- Consider obtaining health insurance, especially for activities involving risks (e.g., action sports). Note that the booking price does not include any insurance coverage.
9.4 Disclaimers Regarding Third-Party Suppliers
Tickets and Routes OÜ operates as a marketplace platform and is not a tour operator or travel agency. Consequently, we disclaim responsibility for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, undertakings, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of third-party Suppliers.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any injury, death, property damage, or other losses or expenses arising out of or related to a booking or event.
- Supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or non-fulfillment of services.
- Miscommunications or discrepancies in event descriptions or terms provided by the supplier.
9.5 Limitations of Liability
While we strive to ensure a reliable and transparent booking process, our role is limited to facilitating transactions between users and the Suppliers. Users agree that Tickets and Routes OÜ is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from the performance (or non-performance) of third-party suppliers.
10. Supplier’s Right
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the Event on the agreed date without adhering to a cancellation notice period in cases where external factors beyond their control render the Event impossible, significantly hinder its execution, or create safety risks. Such factors may include, but are not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Governmental measures or restrictions.
- Unforeseen external circumstances or events of force majeure that could not have been anticipated or avoided without disproportionate effort by the Supplier.
In the event of cancellation due to such circumstances, the Booking Price paid for the cancelled Event will be refunded in full. Users will be notified of the cancellation promptly via email or through the Platform.
The Supplier retains the right to exclude a participant from the event if, the participant fails to meet the stated conditions of participation (e.g., age, health requirements, or legal documentation), the participant endangers themselves or others through their behavior during the event or the participant disrupts the conduct of the event in any way, including by failing to comply with instructions from the Supplier or their representatives.
In such cases, the Booking Price paid for the Event is non-refundable. The Supplier’s decision to exclude a participant will be final, and users are encouraged to comply with all conditions and instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
10.1 Supplier’s Right to Make Non-Substantive Changes
The Supplier may make non-substantive changes to the Event programme if necessary due to circumstances that arise unexpectedly or at the last moment. These changes will not significantly alter the core nature of the Event and may include, but are not limited to:
- Adjusting the Event’s schedule slightly.
- Moving the starting or meeting point a short distance away (e.g., within walking distance).
If such changes are required, the Supplier will notify participants no later than
12 hours before the scheduled start of the Event. Notifications will be sent via email or displayed on the Platform. Users are responsible for checking these updates prior to the Event. Non-substantive changes to the Event, including minor adjustments to the meeting or starting point, do not entitle participants to cancel their booking or claim a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise. Suppliers will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any changes do not inconvenience participants.
11. Platform Use and Prohibited Activities
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in activities that violate the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Platform. Specifically, you are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, copying, reproducing, redistributing, or sublicensing any part of the Platform’s content, features, or technology without express written permission from Tickets and Routes OÜ.
Engaging in unlawful activities through the Platform, including but not limited to posting illegal content, bypassing or attempting to bypass payment systems, using unauthorized payment methods, or committing fraudulent transactions, is strictly prohibited. Any such activities constitute a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. Additionally, Tickets and Routes OÜ reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user engaged in prohibited activities, including seeking compensation for damages caused to the company, its partners, or other users.
By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these rules and refrain from any actions that could harm the rights or interests of Tickets and Routes OÜ, its Suppliers, or other users. Non-compliance with these terms may result in restricted access to the Platform, removal of content, or other remedial actions as deemed necessary by the company.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, text, software, and graphics, are owned exclusively by or licensed to Tickets and Routes OÜ. These rights are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and unauthorized use of any of the Platform’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
13. Miscellaneous
In case any provisions of this Terms and Conditions are found invalid, voidable, contrary to law, or unenforceable in any means, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions, terms, or conditions of this Terms and Conditions.
The fact that any right arising from this Terms and Conditions has not been exercised partially or completely within the required period shall not mean a withdrawal from exercising such right.
Failure of either Tickets or the Supplier to fulfill or incompletely fulfill any of its obligations arising from this Terms and Conditionsshall not imply that the other party has accepted such circumstance or that the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations is waived.
The use of any right under this Terms and Conditions once or in part shall not prevent such right to be exercised in the future or the exercise of any other rights.
The Suppliers shall not partially/completely transfer or assign their rights and obligations arising from this Terms and Conditions to another third party without obtaining the prior written consent of the Tickets and Routes.
Any provisions related to users of this Terms and Conditions that may be subject to ambiguity or uncertainty shall be construed in the manner most favorable to the consumer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, force majeure refers to any event that prevents or hinders the performance of obligations, which cannot be anticipated or avoided. Such events include, but are not limited to:
- War, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, and similar events;
- Government actions, including travel restrictions or lockdowns;
- Technical failures, cyberattacks, or changes in laws affecting services;
- Changes or cancellations of regulations impacting services or events;
- Other events listed as force majeure under applicable laws.
If force majeure conditions related to administrative acts last over 1 (one) month, or other events last over 6 (six) months, Tickets and Routes OÜ will assess whether to continue or cease services. After these periods:
- If services haven’t started, either Party may terminate the Terms without penalty;
- If services were initiated but cannot be provided, users may terminate the Agreement;
- If services commenced but completion is prevented, either Party may terminate the Terms. Estonian law will govern the settlement of such termination.
It is emphasised that the headings and subheadings in these Terms and Conditions merely serve the purpose of providing structure and therefore have no legal effect.
14. Modifications of Terms
Tickets and Routes OÜ reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal obligations, or other operational requirements. Any modifications to these Terms will be communicated to users through appropriate channels, which may include email notifications, prominent notices on the Platform, or other suitable means.
It is the user’s responsibility to review the updated Terms and Conditions upon notification. By continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect, you signify your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
For significant changes that materially impact your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice or request explicit consent where required by law. Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of their rights and responsibilities.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any service or transaction facilitated by Tickets and Routes OÜ shall be resolved exclusively by Estonian Consumer Laws. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any such disputes.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team at
in**@ti**************.com to seek informal dispute resolution. Tickets and Routes OÜ may offer optional mediation or arbitration services to expedite and amicably resolve disputes. These alternative resolution methods are voluntary and subject to mutual agreement.
It is important to note that events, tours, and tickets sold on the Platform are not subject to the provisions of the
Package Travel Directive (2015/2302/EU). As a result, we are not legally required to provide financial collateral or consumer protection mechanisms mandated by this directive. Tickets and Routes OÜ disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from the non-applicability of this directive to the services provided through the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this limitation and agree that all bookings are governed solely by the specific terms set out in these Terms and the applicable supplier agreements.
