The A’DAM LOOKOUT is the observation deck of Amsterdam, standing on top of the A’DAM Tower on the north shore of the IJ river. The tower is 100 metres tall and offers spectacular views over the city. From the historic city centre with its iconic canals to the city’s dynamic port, you can see it all from up here.

During your visit to the A’DAM LOOKOUT you can take a free 30-minutes audio tour of the city, filled with fun facts and highlights of what you can see from the observation deck. On the observation deck, you’ll find interactive binoculars with even more information about the city.

Adventure on top of the city

You’ll quickly reach the top of the A’DAM Tower with their spectacular lift. It will take you to the 20^th floor in 20 seconds, has stunning light and sound effects, and a see-through ceiling. Once out of the lift, you can step outside onto the observation deck, where you can also visit the Rooftop Bar for your 2 included drinks.

If you prefer to enjoy your drinks inside, you can visit the Panorama Restaurant. At both locations you can choose between coffee, tea, soft drinks, Heineken beer or white house wine. In the restaurant you can also order extra bites, if you are feeling hungry.

For more adventure, you have the option to book a ride on the highest swing in Europe, which will have you dangling over the edge of the building. If you are afraid of heights, you might want to try the Amsterdam VR Ride, a rollercoaster ride along the highlights of Amsterdam. Both these activities can be booked on site and are not part of this ticket.
