Technology meets art

The Lighthouse of Digital Art is a museum dedicated to digital and new media art in Berlin. Here the flowing projections on the walls and floor immerse you in a breathtaking world of colours and sound, only made possible by the latest technology. With the help of some 40 high-resolution laser projectors and 32k resolution you can experience the art up close and personal.

The projections are 15 times larger than in a conventional cinema, letting you take part in a unique spatial experience. Set off on an immersive journey through digitally created art worlds in this inspiring atmosphere.

Also included in the ticket is the AI Gallery, a place where you can learn all about artificial intelligence. Come and learn about the modern rush to advance algorithms and applications of artificial intelligence, which has also given rise to a whole movement of AI artists and ‘synthetic’ art.

There’s also the Infinity Room. In a new sound-controlled immersive installation, lose yourself and your friends in endless reflections and tunnels of light.

Immersive space experience: Particle Poetry

With this new and immersive exhibition, you’ll learn about the smallest matter in the universe, elementary particles. So small, in fact, that tens of thousands of them pass through our bodies every second. “Particle Poetry” explores the connection that this matter has in the universe, how it can be visualized, and the impact it has on our daily lives.

Experience what they do and imagine yourself as one of them as you stand amidst them and observe as they permeate the space you’re in.
Using images, sounds and light, the artwork transports the audience into the world of installation.

Lay down and let yourself be immersed by the universe. What are we? Why are we here? All your problems seem to fade away when you think about how insignificant small we are and even more so when your faced with the reality that we are all made of particles. Explore the importance of small matter in this multimedia and audio-visual exhibit and let yourself get carried away in this unique space journey.

The exhibits were pretty cool, but it was packed. Hard to enjoy everything when there are so many people. But overall a neat place to visit. Could use some crowd management.

Nice visuals, but I struggled with meaning. Some pieces didn't hit home. Still enjoyed it tho. Just wish there was more to grab onto.

It was a decent experience but it felt a lil rushed. Some exhibits could use more information. Plus, the entrance line was long! Hope they work on that.
