As a long time ABBA fan, this visit was highly anticipated, and well worth it! I do recommend buying tickets in advance if you want to visit during a specific time. The museum is set up chronologically, starting with the pre-ABBA solo days, and concluding with an after-ABBA section. Also, be careful in the gift shop,

On Djurgården, ABBA The Museum tells the story of the most successful pop group Sweden has produced, through original costumes, instruments, gold discs and the recreated Polar Studios control room.

It is interactive by design: sing on stage with holographic band members, mix a track, or step into the video booth. Cheerfully unserious and very well made.
