The observation deck on top of the A’DAM Toren, directly across the IJ from Central Station, gives the widest view in Amsterdam — the historic centre on one side, the harbour and the polder landscape on the other.
The deck is also home to Over the Edge, a swing that carries you out beyond the edge of the building at around a hundred metres. The free ferry from behind Central Station takes about three minutes.
