🫀 I really enjoyed visiting Body Worlds Amsterdam. It’s very educational and gives a fascinating insight into the human body and health. At times it can feel a bit bizarre, but that’s also part of what makes it so unique. The exhibition could be a little bigger, but overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend
It's a such a fun and at the same time educational experience, a museum focused on human anatomy, psychology and happiness. It's really interactive, there are tons of play with and experiment. There are 6 floors each one focusing on separate topic. I found a bit strange and uncommon for dutch museums - you need to pay
The personel there was very helpful and informative. I came from Limburg and my entrance time was 14:00 . The lady there guided me to be able to change the time to 12.30 by tours and tickets office nearby, very well appreciated 🙏 I recommend going there early as the building is 7 floors , you start from the top and goi
BODY WORLDS Amsterdam is one of the city’s most talked-about exhibitions — an extraordinary journey through the human body. Using the plastination technique developed by Dr. Gunther von Hagens, real anatomical specimens reveal muscles, bones, nerves and organs in astonishing detail.
The Amsterdam edition, “The Happiness Project”, goes a step further and explores what happiness does to us physically: how emotions, stress and joy shape the brain, the heart and the body as a whole. It is a fascinating mix of science, art and self-reflection that appeals to adults and curious teenagers alike.
Located on Damrak in the heart of Amsterdam, the exhibition is easy to combine with a canal cruise or a day of sightseeing.
